Most of the goats you will see here are Dwarf Nigerian Goats. Small, friendly and hardly, these fantastic critters love people and treats. Most of our goats are born here with some being adopted to improve variety in our herds genetics. These goats are extremely friendly but do not understand personal space, so do not be surprised if they jump up to reach a feedbag in your hand! They are easy to hold and will fall asleep in your arms if they are comfortable.

Nigerian Dwarf goats are a breed of domestic goats that originated in West Africa. They are a small breed of dairy goats that have become increasingly popular in recent years due to their charming personality, small size, and excellent milk production.

Dwarf Nigerian goats are typically about two feet tall at the shoulder and weigh between 50-100 pounds, with the females being slightly smaller than the males.Despite their small size, Dwarf Nigerian goats are known for their excellent milk production, with their milk being high in butterfat and protein with a strong flavor. They are also friendly and sociable animals, making them a popular choice as pets or as 4-H projects for children.

Dwarf Nigerian goats are relatively low maintenance and can be kept in a variety of settings, from suburban backyards to rural farms. They require a diet of high-quality hay and grain, as well as fresh water and access to pasture for grazing. They also need a shelter to protect them from extreme weather conditions.
